Arm balances provide the perfect opportunity to increase the strength and the definition of the upper body. They are commonly seen in practices such as yoga and come with a sense of fulfilment and achievement when explored suitably.

In this Workshop, we will be going through all of the required components of balancing a handstand. We will be looking at lower and upper body mobility and strength, alignment, balance, coordination and how to translate all of those attributes into arm balance. This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and will benefit anyone looking to improve their upper body conditioning. All participants will be given appropriate progressions and tasks to work on depending on their level of experience.
