USING BREATHWORK TO SUPPORT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH

This May is Mental Health Awareness Month and the theme this year being anxiety. Join Jasmine, Bamford’s wellness practitioner, for an afternoon dedicated to exploring this topic further.

 

In this breathing and meditation workshop we will focus on link between our breath and mental health and how our breathe can affect us both physically and emotionally. We will explore ways in which we can re-wire the relationship with ourselves and our body.
