Store Manager – Haybarn South Kensington

Our Bamford family is growing, and we are looking for a talented and passionate Store Manager to join us at the Bamford Haybarn South Kensington.

Full time contract, based on 40 hours per week, competitive salary.

Main responsibilities

• Lead a high performing Spa and Retail team

• Champion exceptional service levels

• Drive store revenue and room occupancy

• Coach and develop the store team

• Support the Head of Spa with business development

• Ownership of Health & Safety within the store

• Ownership of store People Management processes (rotas, payroll, recruitment, inductions, etc.)

Marketing & PR Intern - Bamford, London Head Office

We are looking for a Marketing & PR Intern to join our marketing team in our head office in South Kensington, London.

About the role

As Marketing Intern you will support the marketing managers in delivering Bamford’s marketing calendar and support the business to achieve growth and meet targets.

Main Responsibilities

• Support marketing team across all initiatives, including PR, marketing, events, social and digital.

• Coordinate press product and image call-ins, compile and manage all mail outs.

• Support the team with key launches and events.

• Ordering of product, arranging post and couriers.

• Create weekly competitor report and distribute to the team.

• Attend internal meetings, taking notes and distribute to the team.

• Ensure a tidy and well presented office at all times.

• Support marketing and digital manager with seasonal social media, web product upload and day to day tasks.

• Idea generation and creative thinking.

About You

• Understanding of Bamford’s culture and business goals.

• Experience in beauty, clothing or wellness industry a plus.

• Exeperience in Microsoft suite, Powerpoint and Excel a plus.

• Ability to work on multiple projects to deadlines.

• Excellent communication skils, self-motivation and team spirit.

Administrative Assistant - Bamford, London Head Office

Our Bamford family is growing, and we are looking for a talented and passionate Administrative Assistant to join us at our Bamford Head Office, in South Kensington. Full time contract, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm.

About you

You will be assisting and supporting Retail Operation Manager with their daily schedule and projects by providing administrative support while being flexible to support production team when necessary. You will be accountable for all stock allocations as well as keeping good communication levels with all stores while frequently liaising with a number of internal and external parties including suppliers, warehouse and various department within the company. Good Microsoft Office skills are essential along with an understanding of supply chain systems.

Main responsibilities

• Work closely with Production, Supply Chain and Distribution to pro-actively resolve supplier and invoicing issues and discrepancies.

• Manage stock allocation to all stores and Head office.

• Monitoring stock transactions and maintains inventory at all locations.

• Preparing handouts and communicating procedures to retails staff.

• Liaise with the warehouse regarding any stock queries and necessary purchase order amendments.

• Dealing with all repair request from stores by leasing with production manager.

• Setting up new products on all systems.

• Supporting production manager in preparing excel record of seasonal product setup

Haybarn Spa & Massage Therapists(Full & Part time positions. Daylesford Farm, Gloucestershire)

About you

As a Spa Therapist, you will be required to perform the Bamford face and body treatment protocols after full training. You will also deliver other holistic therapies including Hot stones, Chakra’s and Crystals. Our environment is a beautiful, tranquil and healing space and all treatments reflect this and the Bamford philosophy. You will follow this philosophy to the highest professional standard.

Main responsibilities

• Undertake full assessment of clients’ requirements and suitability of treatments and products offered.

• Carry out Bamford treatments to the highest professional standard following full in-house training standards and procedures.

• Ensure exceptional familiarity with the all retail products and treatment and recommend to clients.

• Support the Spa Manager with any other ad-hoc duties
