Spa Attendant – Bamford Wellness Spa, Cotswolds

We are looking for

A Spa background is not essential but preferred, as you must be able to demonstrate a high level of guest care from a previous customer facing position. As part of the team you will ensure the highest standards within the Spa are maintained at all times whilst supporting the Therapists in delivering a 5* service to our clients. You will need to be a confident communicator and possess excellent customer service skills. You will be comfortable handling any queries and complaints, be presentable, reliable and punctual, have excellent communication skills with a pleasant personality.

Responsibilities:

• Keeping all Spa facilities including a wet spa facility and client areas clean and well maintained at all times.

• Greeting clients and providing personal guest service.

• Ensuring all products are adequately stocked and well presented.

• Making sure all treatment rooms and changing rooms are immaculate clean and well stocked with towels, robes and slippers.

• Assist and coordinate with front of house staff in providing services to guests.

Prep Chef – Bamford Wellness Spa, Cotswolds

Our Bamford family is growing, and we are looking for an engaging and passionate Prep Chef for our new Wellness Spa cafe. The position will be based at our beautiful Daylesford Farm in Kingham, Gloucestershire. Full Time contract, based on 45 hours per week, straight shifts, no late nights.

About you

Working alongside the Head Chef and Chef de Partie, you will be able to help execute all dishes as per menu specs. Ideally, you’ll have worked with organic, seasonal produce in a health club environment, or you’ll just simply have a passion for healthy food so that the basics come easily to you. Your natural confidence will enable you to understand calm and clear instruction during busy periods. You’ll be very organised and able to seamlessly coordinate your station. The health club will be open 7 days a week so flexibly is vital. You must have a good command of the English language.

Tasks to include:

• Prepare and serve healthy dishes such breakfasts, salads, broths and smoothies.

• Label and stock all cooking ingredients.

• Prepare measured dosage of appropriate cooking ingredients and seasonings.

• Learning about our products/production.

• Ensure appropriate food and drink storage ensuring your section is fully set for the next day with fresh mis en place.

• Maintain a positive and professional approach to colleagues and guests.

Social Media Manager – Bamford, London

As our Bamford family is growing, we are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our digital team at our head office in South Kensington. The role will be full time, permanent contract. Competitive salary.

About the role

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll bring expert experience in utilising social media as a marketing and ecommerce channel, with a proven track record of turning fans into customers and customers into advocates. You’ll own, create and deliver social campaigns, build brand awareness and manage all social content. You’ll be able to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of all social media platforms. In addition to a strong strategic understanding, excellent data analysis skills are essential to track campaign success. This role is integral to the wider digital team and will drive and maintain growth of Bamford social media networks.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to drive brand awareness through authentic and relevant content that emphasises our brand voice and values.

• Create and manage the social media calendar, manage content and plan specific and timely marketing campaigns in line with digital and marketing objectives.

• Strong copywriting skills required to deliver Bamford tone of voice and editorial copy across multiple marketing channels.

• Responsible for the curation and scheduling of content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn.

• Manage social media advertising campaigns with support from Digital Manager and external web agency, working with digital and marketing teams for input on content.

• Post to the BGD Facebook and IG page, manage the ad budget and monitor ROI.

• Share and collaborate with the wider company group; join calls with Lady Bamford’s team to align content.

• Briefing in Creative team for photography and video content.

• Launch live chat on the website and respond to queries in a timely and on-brand fashion.

• Weekly social media reporting on performance and ROI of all social media channels.

• Awareness of competitor activity and sharing findings with the wider team.

• Provide training and guidance to team members on social media best practice and strategies.

About you

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;

• 3 years’ experience of digital/social media marketing with a track record of traffic and engagement growth.

• Strong copywriting skills required to deliver the Bamford tone of voice and editorial copy across multiple marketing channels.

• Up to date on industry trends as well as latest brands and influencers.

• Strong analytical skills and high-level understanding of how audiences use social media.

About you

As a Front of House Consultant & Studio Instructor this dual role will require you to greet all clients and ensure they receive a 5* star service whilst in the Wellness Space. You will need to learn and maintain a high level of product knowledge to proactively engage with clients and maximise sales. Aside from front of house you will be a fully trained Yoga instructor. You will be extremely passionate, and customer focused and experienced in teaching holistic and engaging yoga classes to clients with varying levels of fitness.

• Manage all client bookings, using our online system, whilst liaising with the Therapist team on their schedules to increase appointment occupancy.

As a Spa Therapist, you will be required to perform the Bamford face and body treatment protocols after full training. Qualifications/Requirements
