Whilst the Government have eased restrictions, the safety and well-being of our clients and staff remains our biggest priority and so we will continue to keep the following measures in place:
STUDIO & EQUIPMENT
We have increased the cleaning of the most used areas throughout our spa including the yoga studios, door handles, staircases and bathrooms. Hand-sanitiser is also provided as you enter our spa and throughout the space. You are welcome to bring your own equipment for the class including your own drinking water bottle filled with water, mat, towel, blanket, etc. If you have any questions about what equipment you will need for your class, please contact us. We will also have equipment available in our studios for guests to use, which will be thoroughly cleaned and rotated in between sessions. Lockers are also available to use and will be disinfected after each use.
ONLINE HEALTH CONSULTATION FORM
As part of our measures to ensure the safety of our guests and staff in our spas, all guests are required to please fill out and submit an online health consultation form before attending their class or treatment. This will be sent to you via email along with a confirmation of your booking.
ATTENDING YOUR CLASS
Please arrive no sooner than 10 minutes before your class. We are allowing longer breaks in between classes to ensure that teachers and students can changeover with sufficient time and space to do so safely. While our teachers will continue to provide verbal direction and corrections during classes, there will be no hands-on adjustments for the time being. Brompton Cross guests: Please note that as you need to walk through our retail store to access the studio. Masks are optional in our retail store studio during the class.
ATTENDING YOUR TREATMENT
Guests arriving for treatments should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment. Face masks are optional for all guest at our Spas. All guests are required to complete an online health consultation no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to complete this, may result in cancellation of your treatment.
Our spa teams will continue with our Covid processes and protocols, be given daily health checks and provided with all the required PPE. We have enhanced our daily cleaning and sanitation schedule, focusing on high-contact surfaces throughout the day and further overnight deep cleaning.
