Wanting to deepen her own understanding of energy and body work, Jasmine furthered her Yoga training to include Reiki and more nuanced restorative forms of yoga. Having taught workshops and classes across Europe and in the Caribbean, her teaching style and the diverse range of classes she teaches at our Brompton Cross Wellness Spa reflects her holistic approach to well-being.

Hella Lund has worked as a yoga teacher for twenty years and has travelled worldwide for continuous teacher trainings, retreats and clients. She teaches Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga as well as Mediation & Mindfulness. Hella draws inspiration from her favourite teachers Elena Brower, Tiffany Cruikshank and Tara Judelle, where there is an underlying emphasis on healing the body and mind as well as a deep respect for the human body as a sacred vessel for energy.
With 15 years of teaching and studying under her belt, Emily encourages thoughtful and conscious movement in her students to help cultivate the quality of attention that translates into daily life. Emily has a friendly, down-to-earth approach to yoga and strives to deliver classes that are accessible to all.
Golnaz Maleki’s yoga journey began 25 years ago. As a yoga instructor, she also considers herself to be a student in the science of yoga, and seeks to pass on the knowledge and potential of yoga to transform to her students, that she has herself experienced through her life. Rooted in the idea of embodiment and centering yourself, Golnaz will show you how to use the body as a tool for grounding in the present moment. Her teaching harnesses the breath, intention and Prana (life force energy) to move into a more serene, contented and calm place.
