We believe that natural, organic ingredients are integral to a holistic skincare regime but with so many ingredients out there, choosing the right products for our individual skin type and needs can be overwhelming. Our Virtual Skincare Consultations are a personalised skin journey tailored to your individual skin concerns and goals.

A virtual consultation with our Wellness and Treatment Manager, Kristi will include an extensive Bamford Skin Analysis, prescribed step-by-step skincare routine, plus tips and tricks for glowing, radiant skin - empowering you with the highest quality care and information for you to achieve optimal results from your skincare regime at home.

Meet Kristi, Wellness and Treatment Manager at Bamford

Kristi has over 14 years experience in the skincare industry and is a specialist in massage, energy work and aesthetics. In the last 7 years, Kristi has helped to develop the treatments we offer at our Bamford Spas around the world.

Kristi's philosophy for treatments is to use the art of healing to support and balance the body, mind and spirit. Her signature style of therapeutic treatments utilizes her natural gift for energy healing - she has used her expert knowledge of Chakra Balancing healing and extended it to our Bamford Signature Treatments.

Kristi's 5 skincare tips

  1. Cleanse your skin daily AM and PM – after cleansing the skin of impurities, using a toner removes any residue left behind as well as any make-up or oils your cleanser may have missed. The added cleansing effects help prepare our skin to absorb moisture and minimize the appearance of pores.

  2. Drink water to hydrate your skin – make sure you drink 8-12 glasses of water daily. Hydration inside is just important as outside when it comes to our skin health.

  3. Avoid direct sun exposure – during the summer months make sure you use SPF every day (at least 30).

  4. Exfoliate 1 or 2 times a week (depending on your skin type) - we lose 50million skin cells a day and without the extra nudge exfoliation gives they may hang around, clogging our pores. It’s important to help your skin to regularly remove dead skin cells and the boost circulation.

  5. Follow a balanced diet – eating in tune with the seasons, choosing locally-grown and sourced food will supply your skin with healthy vitamins.
