We suggest that you consider our free DPD Returns Service with thousands of collection points across the UK, your parcel will be accepted and returned to us promptly via a secure, tracked service.
Print and complete the returns form.
Visit the DPD website here https://returns.dpd.co.uk/bamford/GB/home and follow the simple instructions to return your parcel.
Print the DPD return label and stick it on the parcel, removing or covering old labels.
Find your nearest DPD local shop by using the shop finder on the DPD return website and drop off your parcel. You’ll be given a receipt so you can track it.
If you are unable to use our DPD drop off service, please contact customer service email@example.com to arrange so that we can arrange a DHL collection for you. There will be a £5.00 charge for this service.

Items can also be returned to our 62 South Audley street store or the Bamford Barn at Daylesford, Gloucestershire. All reimbursement of funds will be processed through our head office and not in store.
For returns outside the U.K.
The costs of returning the items are your responsibility. Bamford will not be responsible or liable if any item you return is lost, misdirected or delivered late. As a result customer has to bear the risks of the shipping chosen, please retain proof of delivery confirmation. For international returns the customer should clearly mark the return package as "returned british goods" to avoid any duties.
