A lot of us tend to have tightness and pain in our lower backs and this workshop will focus on mobilising our spine to ease this tension. Chloe will demonstrate exercises that will strengthen the lumbar region and general core making our body less susceptible to these sorts of problems. This Pilates workshop will also strengthen and tone your adductors, abductors, glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps, leading to a more balanced and stabilises knee. You will also learn how to prevent as well as rehabilitate injuries which is particularly good for runners, skiers and those who take part in activities that put continuous strain through knees.
