Fascial stretch therapy works to ‘unlock’ your fascia which is the connective tissue that wraps around your muscles, tendons and bones. This increases blood flow around the body and decompress’ joints, giving you a new range of movement. Fascial stretch therapy is perfect if you are suffering from chronic pain, want quicker recover from a gym session or you just want to move easier in your daily life. Fascial stretch therapy is suitable for almost everyone, however it is not a physiotherapy session. New or pre-existing injuries / conditions must be cleared through a medical professional before taking part in any session.
Niki has spent over 14 years studying sport, working alongside world class coaches and mentors, as well as representing England as an international athlete for the past 10 years. Her passion for movement and helping others lead her to build her career as a personal trainer and healer in the wellness sector. Alongside working as a performance specialist, Niki is one of only 4, level 3 fascial stretch specialists in the UK. Expanding her skill set to not only help clients move better, but recover faster & optimise results.
