Combine childcare with exercise at the Bamford Haybarn Brompton Cross, we don’t mean a creche, and we don’t mean leaving the children in the corner of a studio to play while mum works out. Our in-house fitness professional – James Golden will be running a workshop which will be informative, fun and effective to help you re-establish your core and build up muscle which has been lost during the pregnancy process. James has been credited with bringing the former body back with a number of high-profile mums in the UK. You will leave with a tailored routine to suit your post-pregnancy body and also enjoy bonding time with your new baba.
