Bella is a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a trained Yoga Teacher and a Mountain Leader.
Bella helps to empower people to overcome negative behaviour habits and mental outlooks. She supports clients on the path to success by building an inner sense of confidence, so they feel hope and patience around their goals. The ultimate goal is to calm the mind and live with greater balance and confidence.
Her coaching is a two-steps-forward, one-step-back approach: learning from mistakes, letting go of perfection, accepting you’ll make mistakes again in the future, and shifting the focus on the ‘self’.
