Our In House Yoga Practitioner: Jasmine St Cleire

Jasmine St Cliere began her holistic healing journey and trained as a Yoga teacher in India, having already established a career in the performative arts. Wanting to deepen her own understanding of energy and body work, Jasmine furthered her Yoga training to include Reiki and more nuanced restorative forms of yoga. Having taught workshops and classes across Europe and in the Caribbean, her teaching style and the diverse range of classes she teaches at our Brompton Cross Wellness Spa reflects her holistic approach to well-being.

Animal Flow

In this open level class you’ll be introduced to the base positions, switches and transitions that you’ll need to develop complex flows. Centred on ground-based movement, this immersive, surprisingly challenging and hugely enjoyable class is fantastic for getting you out of the fixed, linear movement patterns that we typically see in other exercise disciplines, helping you move more powerfully and fluidly through three-dimensions– just as nature intended.

Rocket Yoga

Rocket yoga was developed in the 1960s, its structure is similar to that of Ashtanga Yoga, consisting of Surya Namaskar, standing poses, seated poses, twists, and bends. It is fast-paced, has a dynamic flow and is a playful practice which allows to modify their practice to suit their own bodies. Tilly’s classes are fun and challenging, but will make you feel comfortable on the mat whether you’re a beginner or a regular to the rocket practice
