Stay active this festive season and ease tension in your body. Chloe will teach you how to get stronger and clearer whilst gaining an appreciation for how your body works. The session will begin with an anxiety easing meditation followed by a dynamic pilates session on the mat to clear the mind and reenergise you. Chloe is a STOTT Pilates trained teacher. She’s combined her classical training with a more dynamic approach making her classes challenging but with lots of attention to correct body alignment.
