Alexandra has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years in Australia and the UK with the focus being on improving the way bodies work. One thing is for sure, everyone wants to look and feel better and over the years Alex has perfected the art of bringing bodies back into alignment improving pain, posture and overall body tone.
Whether it’s tight and weak muscles, or injuries, it all leads to imbalance, pain and poor posture. Once you find a way to balance it out, pain disappears, posture improves and you look and feel better than ever. It’s simple really! Alex has always said “The better your body moves, the better your body looks”.
