Join Vikrant to analyse your posture depending on your gait and feet and how this could have created some distortions. Learn how we can correct those distortions with simple stretches and exercises to ease your aches and pains and move your body comfortably and easily.
The session will include a postural analysis that you can conduct at home followed by a practical session that includes deep but easy stretches and exercises to correct this.
