This session is for people who have a habit of yo-yo dieting and need help getting off the merry go round, or want help with a particular aspect of eating; being time pressured, wanting to try vegan eating or support for a health condition.
Rhaya will get to know you, your lifestyle and your individual history with food. Every consultation is different and the solutions offered are individual to fit your lifestyle and needs. Rhaya doesn’t belong to any particular school of thought and is trained to interpret functional or genomic tests to give insight into metabolism if needed. The relationship you build together will help you design an approach to eating that is satisfying, nourishing and sustainable.
