At the heart of Daylesford lies Carole Bamford’s Cotswold garden - a landscape that invites an unhurried pace and a deeper appreciation for nature's quiet details. The way light shifts across the grounds from morning through dusk. The air, carrying something sweet and familiar. The stillness of a warm summer's evening, punctuated by birdsong, the soft rustle of leaves and the lazy hum of bees.
It is from this landscape that the Garden Collection was inspired. Carole Bamford has long found joy in the discipline of gardening, the ritual of planting and growing, and the beauty that follows.
“I begin each morning by walking my dogs through my Cotswold garden. In that quiet moment, my senses gently awaken as I follow the winding path, guided by nature’s botanicals. Their delicate scents linger in the air - fresh figs in the walled garden, soothing lavender on the terrace and the gentle warmth of citrus in the orangery.
This candle collection captures that fleeting trail as it changes through the seasons. It’s a tribute to nature’s unique ability to both ground and uplift - and to the enduring joy my garden brings me.”
