We have created a virtual class schedule with our Bamford Wellness Spa practitioners in the Cotswolds. Our daily class schedule will be live streamed by our team of wellness practitioners and can be practised from the comfort of your home. Browse and book your place in a Pilates, hatha yoga, breathwork or mindfulness class. £9 for a 60-minute class, £35 for 5 classes, and £65 monthly for unlimited classes.

Download the ‘ZOOM’ app onto your iPhone or laptop.
5 minutes before the class click join.
You will then be prompted to enter a Meeting ID and password - this is different for every class and will be sent to your e-mail 20 minutes before the class starts.

When the class starts it shall prompt you to choose audio so you can hear us instruct.
