A comprehensive assessment identifies health issues before they manifest physically.

Our most comprehensive proactive health assessment encompasses a physical review consisting of blood pressure, waist and hip circumference, body fat composition and weight followed by our most detailed possible analysis of your blood work including haemoglobin, white cell count, platelet count, electrolytes, kidney function, liver function tests, cholesterol levels and triglycerides. For males, the review will also include a prostate-specific antigen test (a marker for an enlarged prostate and prostate cancer), and for females, CA-125 (a marker of ovarian, endometrial, peritoneal or fallopian tube cancer). Thyroid function, inflammatory markers, lipids, blood glucose, HbA1c, iron status, vitamin D levels and bone strength markers will also be analysed. The elite review also encompasses your sex hormones: testosterone, sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), free androgen index, oestradiol, LH, FSH and progesterone. Your urine will also be analysed for the following: bilirubin, glucose, ketones, nitrite, PH, protein, red blood cells (RBC), urobilinogen and white blood cells (WBC). Following your tests, you will receive a detailed doctor’s report and have the opportunity to put your questions to our medical team.
