A comprehensive assessment identifies health issues before they manifest physically.

A physical review encompassing blood pressure, waist and hip circumference, body fat composition and weight followed by a detailed review of your blood work including haemoglobin, white cell count, platelet count, electrolytes, kidney function, liver function tests, cholesterol levels and triglycerides. For males, the review will also include a prostate-specific antigen test (a marker for an enlarged prostate and prostate cancer), and for females, CA-125 (a marker of ovarian, endometrial, peritoneal or fallopian tube cancer). Thyroid function, inflammatory markers, lipids, blood glucose, HbA1c, iron status, vitamin D levels and bone strength markers will also be analysed.
