Inspired by ancient healing traditions, this treatment blends mineral-rich clays, nourishing oils and gentle warmth to detoxify, remineralise and soften the skin. Enhanced with red and near-infrared light therapy, reduce puffiness and support lymphatic flow.

Starting with skin brushing to stimulate circulation, enjoy body exfoliation to rejuvenate the skin, and a body clay mask to enhance skin health, support muscle recovery, and reduce inflammation.

BAMFORD AURICULAR THERAPY

A deeply restorative ritual designed to rebalance mind, body and nervous system through a powerful triad of therapies. The calming precision of Auricular Therapy is combined with the nurturing touch of Indian head massage and the grounding benefits of reflexology. Together, these three modalities create a holistic reset for the entire body, releasing tension, and restoring emotional and physical equilibrium.

Deeply restorative treatment is designed to nurture and heal stressed joints in the neck, shoulders, lower back, arms, and legs to restore and warm up tired muscles and joints. 

TONIFYING TREATMENT

Designed to energise, tone and detoxify the body while targeting specific areas of concern around hips and legs, this treatment begins with skin brushing to stimulate deep circulation. This is followed by an invigorating exfoliation to remove the dead skins cells and prepare for a massage sequence, using cupping therapy to drain, detoxify and support the digestive system.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE

 A full body massage using gentle unscented oils. the treatment targets backache, tension, and heavy legs. This warm oil massage provides a peaceful and gently uplifting experience.

FULL BODY MASSAGE

This therapeutic signature massage uses a combination of shiatsu and deep tissue techniques to increase circulation and soothe muscles leaving you feeling restored and revived. Specific pressure points are targeted to help rebalance the body. 

JADE HOT & COLD STONE MASSAGE

GERANIUM RITUAL

Inspired by our signature scent, this full-body 90-minute treatment celebrates the uplifting and restorative properties of Geranium. Drawing on our Geranium collection, the treatment blends gentle exfoliation with soothing massage to revitalise both body and mind.

The ritual begins with a full-body exfoliation using our Geranium Body Polish to smooth the skin and enhance absorption of our nourishing Geranium Body Oil. After the polish is rinsed away, a restorative massage focuses on the back of the body to release tension and encourage deep relaxation. The experience concludes with a calming Indian head massage to quiet the mind and restore inner balance. You’ll emerge feeling grounded, radiant, and renewed.

REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE
